If you’re like us, you may be kicking yourself a little for falling off the wagon on those New Year’s resolutions. Well, fret not because Spring is your chance for redemption! The season of new beginnings, decluttering and cleanses, makes it the perfect time to spruce up your diet as well. Smoothies are perfect for the girl-on-go, as we know all you ladies are. They are the quickest and easiest way to get all your daily nutrients whether your at work, home or heading to the gym. Many smoothie recipes are also easily frozen (in a covered container) and can be enjoyed days later. Simply remove from the freezer before going to bed and they will be ready to go in the morning (hello, timesaver!). With these three recipes covering all your needs for greens, veggies, fruits, protein, energy (and your sweet tooth) you’re sure to be a healthier lady, just in time for Summer.

Satisfy your Sweet Tooth: Strawberry Coconut Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (fresh, canned, whatever you have)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)


green smoothieSpring Cleanse: Get your Greens Smoothie (Gluten-free, Vegan + Sugar-free)

  • 1 cup organic unsweetened non-dairy milk or water
  • 1 cup organic spinach
  • 2 organic Medjool dates
  • 1 organic medium apple – cored, skin can be left on, if organic
  • 1/2 organic avocado
  • 2-inch organic piece ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes

  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries 1 banana
  • 1 scoop of Chia Seed
  • 12 ounce of coconut water
  • 4 tablespoons of honey
  • 1/4 cup Peanut Butter

Stir and soak chia seed in coconut water for 5 min.  Add ingredients to mixer in this order: blueberries, strawberries, banana, peanut butter, honey, and chia/coconut water blend. Puree on med-high until smooth. Enjoy, you are now fueled to perform for 2-3 hours.
