LWTL: Sometimes in todays world it is difficult to balance work, health, friendships, family and the many other things that make their way on to our agendas. How do you stay connected with your girlfriends?
MR: There are some girlfriends I don’t even have to try with. Things naturally come together then they do and we just know and trust that we love each other. Others I make efforts with, calls and emails telling them that I am thinking of them. I think women need each other sometimes to make sense of the world.
LTWL: Hot topics when you are hanging with your girlfriends?
MR: Relationships, future dreams, and collaborations.
LWTL: Virtue & Vice?
MR: My vice is that I tend to take on too much and it takes away from how present I can be… My virtue is that I am truly invested in people’s health and happiness.
LWTL: What is your favourite quote?
MR: Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over it became a butterfly
